Sample Film Stack

Please enter your sample's film stack. It is necessary to list all of the films in the stack, since we will be measuring your sample by comparing its measured reflectance to a theoretical reflectance calculated from the film stack. If you have more than one type of sample, please submit multiple forms (the information on this form will be retained for you to use again after each submission.)
